How old do i need to be?
18 or older. If under the age of 18 you will need to be accompanied buy parent or guardian.
Do you have childcare in the studio?
What should I bring to a session?
We recommend a bottle of water, a small sweat towel for use with training, shoes, padded cycling shorts and personal toiletries to shower afterwards.
Do i need to bring my own bike?No, we make use of Cycleops Phantom 3 bikes which are fully adjustable to suit your setup.
What bikes are used in the studio?
We have 12 cyclops phantom 3 indoor bikes, and an Elite Direto, all equipped with Apple iPads
How long is a session?
Usually between 50 and 60 mins.
Do you sell anything if i forget to bring it with?Yes we have water bottles, juice, gels and towels .
Are their showers and change rooms?Yes we have change rooms and showers for both men and women available.
Do i need to bring water with?No we have a filter water machine available to use.
Is there safe parking available?Yes, we are situated inside the Clifton hill gated estate, there is plenty parking bays and 24 hour security available.
Do i need to book?Yes you will need to book via our booking app to come to training. Drop us a message and we will help you get setup on the app.
Can i pay per session or is it monthly ?We give you the option to either pay with credits or on monthly.
Do i have to train at the same time each week?
No, you can choose any day or time you like. As long as there is space the booking app will let you book.
Do i need to pay before coming in for the first session?
No, we offer a free week to try it out.
What else is available at your studio?
We have a full gym available to our member 7 days a week. Which include a cardio area, weight section, squash court, tennis court, a small indoor swimming pool, a sauna , outside bootcamp area, a small outdoor field, a yoga and pilates studio.
What else do you offer?
We have a boardroom, coffee shop, a physio situated in the lifestyle centre and a small Mountain bike XCO course within the gated estate for all members to make use of.
